The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, hereby revokes the Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2015-011 and issues Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2015-017, closing the following area(s) to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, mussels, oysters, whelks and bay scallops: 

  1. That portion of West Bay, CB shoreline from grid reference 649498E / 5073776N on an unnamed point to grid reference 646349E / 5063154N on MacIntosh Point. Zone 20. 
  2. That portion of West Bay, CB shoreline from grid reference 652012E / 5065067N on McInnes Point to grid reference 660132E / 5070746N on Poor Point. Zone 20

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (NAD 1983).
