WebTide is a graphical user interface to a tidal prediction program. Predictions can be obtained for any point inside a selected model domain and are based on analyses of ocean model output.
Requirements: WebTide requires Java 1.4 or later. A version of WebTide is available that includes a Java virtual machine (currently SUN JRE 1.4.2) that will be installed so only WebTide can use it. This means that any applications or applets that may rely on earlier versions of Java should still work.
Please note: As of WebTide version 0.65, the Northwest Atlantic data set is included with WebTide.
All other data sets must be installed separately.
